The EXP35SSZ features a scuba hood for enhanced coverage, water-resistant zippers with an interior wind-blocking flap, welt pockets, and adjustable drawcords with toggles at the hood and waist for a secure, customizable fit.

For embellishment and customization, the jacket includes concealed embroidery access, making it suitable for decoration and branding. While the fabric itself is waterproof, the jacket is rated as water resistant since the seams are not glued, taped, or fully waterproofed, which may allow moisture penetration under prolonged exposure.

Screen printers note: low cure poly ink and poly blocker are recommended, and garment temperature should be kept under 300°F during decoration.
